Vanpro receives order for 300mm cassettes!

4/14/10 Cambridge, Mn.

Vanpro announces it has received an order for new custom 300mm wafer cassettes from a large west coast university.

The customer approached Vanpro this earlier this year with a need. Their specific application required an extremely durable custom 13 slot capacity 300mm cassette, that would safely handle and protect substrate in a high temperature environment. In addition, the cassettes needed to have specially designed tops that allowed for safe removal from ovens.
 
Vanpro’s Engineers provided a solution, and the first  units expect to be shipped the first week of May.

The units are an extremely durable , rigid design, for superior wafer protection and transport. Vanpro also incorporated a special slot taper to ensure smooth wafer entry for the operators, as requested by the customer.

Vanpro receives order for 150mm cassettes!

2/25/10 Cambridge, Mn.

Vanpro announces it has received an order for new custom 150mm wafer cassette for a major east coast manufacturer.

The customer approached Vanpro this earlier this year with a need. Their specific application required an extremely durable custom 15 slot capacity cassette, that would safely handle and protect sapphire substrate used for high brightness LED applications. In addition, the cassettes had to integrate into an equipment interface.
 
Vanpro’s Engineers provided a solution, and the first 30 units expect to be shipped the first week of April.

The units are an aluminum material, using vented screws, with hard coat anodization to ensure wafer protection. In addition, the equipment interface has been seamless.
